Description

The project aims to evaluate and communicate the climate impacts of food production and consumption globally. The project focuses on three main objectives: impact assessment, effective communication and promotion of policies and actions. Key project activities include detailed research and analysis of the different stages of the food supply chain, from production to consumption and waste. In addition, evaluation and communication tools will be developed to facilitate the understanding of the climate impacts of the food system. The project will also implement educational campaigns and programs to raise awareness about the relationship between diet and climate change, and provide advice and technical support to policymakers for the implementation of measures based on the evidence collected.
