Fecha de fin: 27/12/2028

Description

The fundamental objective of the EMPRENDER project is to improve the income and livelihood of rural producers, entrepreneurs, and employees by increasing the competitiveness of their agribusinesses and creating suitable employment opportunities. This project seeks to contribute significantly to the reduction of rural poverty within the framework of economic revitalization in the provinces of Esmeraldas, Manabí, Santo Domingo, Carchi, Imbabura, Napo and Sucumbíos in Ecuador. In terms of activities, the project will implement local economic development centers (CDEL) to offer technical and business support services to microbusinesses and rural entrepreneurs. The main activities include participatory territorial planning for the development of agribusinesses, the strengthening of productive and commercial capacities, and the provision of technical and financial assistance through an investment fund for rural agribusinesses.
