Description

Public investment project aimed at improving family farming through strengthened agricultural and livestock production capacities with a gender approach. The intervention directly supports 2,500 agricultural producers and includes technology transfer, demonstration plots, family production infrastructure, livestock and animal-health modules, technical assistance and training, organic fertilizer modules, family-farming promoter training, organic certification through participatory guarantee systems, formalization and strengthening of producer organizations, strengthening of the Regional Family Farming Council, family awareness activities, healthy practices in rural households, exchange of experiences, coordination with local governments, agricultural and gastronomic fairs and training for market linkages.
