Description

The Program towards Food Sovereignty with Irrigation Technology is an initiative focused on improving the efficient use of water for irrigation through technical irrigation systems at the plot level, in order to increase agricultural production and productivity, as well as contribute to the food security and reduce vulnerability to the effects of climate change. This program aims to implement advanced irrigation technology in selected plots, optimize water use with a formal commitment from producers for four agricultural campaigns, achieve optimal crop management through comprehensive actions that include efficient water use and system administration. with fertigation, and finally, implement technical assistance throughout the production chain for two years.
