Maintaining institutional ties despite political and personnel turnover Despite changes in authorities due to national elections and staff turnover in the ministry involved, the project maintained its implementation through direct cooperation with producer associations and local organizations, mitigating risks of discontinuity. Participation in local fairs strengthens the competitiveness of agrobiodiversity products Faced with the difficulties these products had in competing in the market, an active presence at local fairs made it possible to demonstrate their nutritional benefits and improve the commercial links of the associations. Participatory certification promotes the economic autonomy of indigenous communities The formation of a local ecological certification body allowed Guarani producers to access public school purchases and strengthen their cultural and economic identity. Link
