Natural resource baseline for measuring environmental changes Establishing a baseline of the territory's natural resources allows for the quantitative evaluation of changes resulting from interventions. This is key for projects focused on the sustainable management of natural resources. Link
Insufficient organizational maturity limits the strengthening of social capital Most of the beneficiary organizations were created during the implementation phase, without time to consolidate their organizational capacity.
