Lesson Description Source
The project demonstrated that financial innovation for nature requires flexible and multi-sectoral institutional structures. The creation of the Natural Capital Lab made it possible to combine technical knowledge, financing, and public policy. The active participation of governments, IDB Invest, IDB Lab, and the private sector generated a community of practice that extended beyond the TC.
