ACTION PLAN FOR PREVENTION AND CONTROL DEFORESTATION IN LEGAL AMAZON (PPCDAm) PPCDAm is Brazil’s main environmental public policy for the Amazon. The project aligns with its “Land Use Planning and Environmental Regularization” axis by restoring degraded areas, promoting agroforestry systems, and generating sustainable economic alternatives for smallholder farmers. This alignment helped secure its technical eligibility with the Amazon Fund. National Brazil Link
Pronaf - National Program for the Strengthening of Family Farming The project contributes to PRONAF’s objectives by strengthening productive capacities, improving income, and facilitating market access for rural families. It also supports the recognition of women and youth in rural territories, which are core pillars of this policy. National Brazil Link

Women strengthen agroecological restoration processes. Experiences led by the Rural Women’s Movement proved that their involvement was essential to the success of nurseries, markets, food production, and social training activities. Linking restoration to income generation increases rural resilience.
