Territorial specialists in gender as a key factor of transformation The hiring of gender and social inclusion specialists in the regional offices, which was not included in the original design, was key to mainstreaming the gender perspective. Alliance with FONCODES for the gradation of households towards associative models The collaboration with the Social Development Cooperation Fund (FONCODES) allowed households from the "Haku Wiñay" program to graduate towards associations of small producers, and this has already been replicated in 19 new Revolving Funds (FORE) in Amazonas and San Martín.
