Peru: Institutional Strategic Plan of the National Institute for Agrarian Innovation 2020-2026

The Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI) of the National Institute for Agrarian Innovation (INIA) for the period 2020-2026, approved by Head Resolution No. 0090-2023-INIA, is a planning instrument that guides institutional management to achieve concrete results within a minimum period of three years. Among the Institutional Strategic Objectives (OEI) defined are: promoting agricultural innovation within the National Agricultural Innovation System (OEI.01); promoting research and development (R&D) in the agricultural sector (OEI.02); managing agrobiodiversity genetic resources (OEI.03); promoting the modernization of institutional management (OEI.04); and implementing disaster risk prevention and reduction measures, both structural and non-structural (OEI.05).
