Departmental Climate Change Management Plan Risaralda

The Comprehensive Territorial Climate Change Management Plans (PIGCCT) identify the vulnerability and greenhouse gas emissions in territories, developing adaptation and mitigation actions aligned with territorial planning. In the case of Risaralda, its PIGCCT originally called the Departmental Climate Change Management Plan (PDGCC) maintained its name due to its development prior to the National Climate Change Policy, following the structure and contents established for the PIGCCT.
