SICA Regional Contingency Plan against Covid-19. The Plan is made up of five axes: 1) Health and Risk Management, 2) Trade and Finance, 3) Security, Justice and Migration, 4) Strategic Communication and 5) International Cooperation Management. In addition, important considerations are included regarding food and nutritional security, the MSME sector and the gender perspective for the protection of women's rights.
