Peru: Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Action Plan.

The plan prepared by the Ministry of the Environment (MINAM) presents a proposal for programs, projects and priority actions in the short and medium term to address climate change. It represents a first approximation to the Strategic Guidelines for Adaptation and Mitigation that have been formulated by the National Climate Change Commission (CNCC), based on planning processes at the national, sectoral, regional and local levels, as well as on the analysis of climate impacts.
