PCB: National Plan for Closing Gaps

Its purpose is to reduce gaps in knowledge of certain areas of public administration. This program has been developed based on a knowledge diagnosis in the Administrative Systems of Planning, Budgeting and Modernization. In this way, the Closing Gaps Program will allow managers and operators of the administrative systems of Budget, Planning and Modernization to strengthen the knowledge and practical tools to optimize their daily work, in order to strengthen the Institutions and entities to which they belong.
