The Regional Strategy on Climate Change (ERCC) 2016-2021, which reflects the commitment and willingness to act against climate change, considering it as a condition for planning and investing in regional development. The ERCC becomes the framework instrument for the regional management of climate change, which establishes the priorities, actions and interventions on which its progressive implementation must be promoted at the regional and local level in an articulated manner in the different planning and investment instruments. , contributing to climate resilient and low carbon development.
