Implementation Plan for the Regional Climate Change Strategy of Huancavelica 2017–2021

The Implementation Plan for the Regional Climate Change Strategy of Huancavelica 2017–2021 establishes the operational framework for implementing and monitoring Huancavelica’s Regional Climate Change Strategy. The plan organizes actions, programs, projects, and activities around three components: adaptation, greenhouse gas emissions management, and institutional strengthening. It also identifies responsible actors, potential financing sources, implementation schedules, and monitoring indicators.
