Costa Rica-IDB Strategy 2019-2022

The IDB will support the Government of Costa Ricas efforts to advance its goals of social well-being, low-carbon economic development and environmental resilience. The EBP 2019-2022 will focus on four strategic pillars; (i) strengthening public finances; (ii) developing quality and resilient infrastructure; (iii) improving productivity and reducing productive gaps; and (iv) building human capital for inclusion and competitiveness.
