Decree 321 of March 23, 2022 temporarily suspending the collection of two fuel taxes.

This decree issues transitory provisions related to the reduction of rates of the tax on the transfer of movable goods and on the rendering of services applicable to fuels. The reduced rates of the tax on the transfer of movable goods and on the rendering of services, on the taxable base of the generating facts of importation and transfer of gasoline, diesel, or their blends with other fuels. This decree temporarily suspends for three months the Economic Development Stabilization Fund (FEFE) or "war tax" and the Contribution to Transportation (COTRANS).
