NDC: Nationally Determined Contribution of Brasil

Through this communication, Brazil confirms its commitment to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 37% in 2025, compared to 2005. In addition, Brazil commits to reduce its emissions by 50% in 2030, compared to 2005. Brazil's commitments also include a long-term goal to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. Brazil's updated NDC is comprehensive in scope and includes a consideration of the means of implementation and the implementation of mitigation and adaptation actions in all economic sectors.
