Description
El Salvador submits this Intended Nationally Determined Contribution based on the premise that the negotiation of the 2015 agreement is conducted and implemented under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and is legally guided and governed by its principles and provisions, with a view to enhancing the full, effective and sustained implementation of the Convention and achieving its resilience to climate change.
