Local Climate Change Plan for the Province of Lima 2021-2030

Planning instrument for climate management in the Province of Lima that establishes a roadmap through 2030 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase adaptation and resilience to climate risks, and guide the city toward carbon neutrality by 2050. It covers governance, education and communication, air quality, sustainable mobility, solid waste management, energy and eco-efficiency, risk management, ecosystems and urban green areas, water and sanitation, and health and food security, incorporating a social inclusion approach.
