Decree No. 143 Authorizing the Financing Agreement with IFAD for PROGRESAR Rural

Favorable opinion issued by the Finance and Special Budget Committee of the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador to authorize the Executive Branch, through the Ministry of Finance, to sign a financing agreement with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for up to US$31,300,000 to finance the Sustainable, Inclusive and Nutritional Economic Development Programme for Rural Areas (PROGRESAR Rural). The programme seeks to benefit farmers and vulnerable rural families, prioritizing producers affected by climatic conditions and women heads of household.
