Peru: Internal Regulation of the Multisectoral Commission in charge of the National Study of the "El Niño" Phenomenon (ENFEN)

This regulatory document establishes the constitution, objectives, functions, and internal organization of the ENFEN Multisectoral Commission, a permanent scientific and technical body responsible for studying, monitoring, and forecasting the El Niño phenomenon in Peru.
