Peru: Ministerial Resolution 120-77-PM/ONAJ - Creation of the Multisectoral Commission in charge of the National Study of the El Niño Phenomenon (ENFEN)

It creates the Multisectoral Commission in charge of the National Study of the "El Niño" Phenomenon (ENFEN), a permanent, non-profit scientific and technical body dedicated to studying and analyzing this phenomenon, as well as coordinating, recommending, and advising government sectors on actions aimed at reducing the impact of its consequences. It was initially named the "Multisectoral Committee in charge of the Study of the El Niño Phenomenon."
