Agreement between the U.S. Department of Commerce and signatory producers/exporters of fresh tomatoes from Mexico suspending the antidumping duty investigation on fresh tomatoes originating in Mexico. The agreement covers fresh or chilled tomatoes, except tomatoes for processing, and establishes reference prices, import monitoring, quarterly reporting, verifications, USDA inspections, labeling rules, sales documentation, procedures for adjustments due to quality or condition defects, sales to Canada, and sales for processing.
