Transitional law (6 months) applying a zero customs tariff rate to basic food items in the Dominican family basket in response to price increases driven by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Covers meats, dairy, vegetable oils, flours, pasta, legumes, and canned foods.
