National Policy for Early Childhood Development Support "Growing Together" 2020-2030

The Growing Together National Policy establishes the strategic framework to promote comprehensive early childhood development in El Salvador during the 2020-2030 period. This policy aims to ensure that all children under eight years old have access to quality services that promote their physical, cognitive, emotional and social development. The policy articulates intersectoral efforts to create a comprehensive care system that includes health, nutrition, early education and social protection. It establishes strategic guidelines to strengthen family and community capacities in early childhood care and development. Its implementation seeks to reduce inequality gaps and ensure that all children have the best development opportunities from their earliest years of life.
