El Salvador's Second Report constitutes an accountability document on compliance with obligations arising from the Protocol of San Salvador regarding economic, social and cultural rights. This report presents the progress, challenges and measures implemented by the Salvadoran State to guarantee the right to work, social security, health, education, food and other fundamental rights.
