Peru: Multiannual Institutional Operational Plan 2026-2028 of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) (Ministerial Resolution No. 0166-2025-MIDAGRI)

The Multiannual Institutional Operational Plan 2026-2028, approved by Ministerial Resolution No. 0166-2025-MIDAGRI, articulates the activities and investments needed to meet these strategic objectives in the corresponding period, establishes five Institutional Strategic Objectives (OEI) and thirty-two Institutional Strategic Actions (AEI), which guide the intervention of the agricultural sector in the medium term. The OEIs prioritize: (i) the sustainable use of natural resources for the benefit of agricultural producers; (ii) the reduction of vulnerability to natural and anthropic phenomena and climate risks; (iii) the increase of sustainable agricultural productivity; (iv) the improvement of the supply of market-oriented products; and (v) the modernization of MIDAGRI's institutional management.
