Peru: SENASA's (National Agricultural Health Service) Digital Government Plan

SENASA's Digital Government Plan is aligned with the Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI) 2021-2024, approved by Head Resolution No. 0064-2020-MINAGRI-SENASA, which articulates institutional planning with the PESEM of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, a sector to which SENASA belongs since 2016. It also responds to the guidelines of the PESEM of the Agriculture Sector 2015-2021, especially Strategic Objective 1 and Strategic Action 1.6, linked to the sustainable management of natural resources and the protection of agrobiodiversity. Within this framework, the Digital Government Plan contributes to strengthening institutional modernization and improving services through the use of digital technologies.
