(Supreme Decree No. 006-2025-MIDAGRI)Peru: Roadmap towards a Circular Economy in the Agricultural and Irrigation Sector (Supreme Decree No. 0007-2025-MIDAGRI)

Supreme Decree N° 0007-2025-MIDAGRI approves the Roadmap towards a Circular Economy in the Agrarian and Irrigation Sector, designating the General Directorate of Agrarian Policies as the body responsible for formulating the corresponding Implementation Plan for the prioritised actions. The General Directorate of Agrarian Environmental Affairs and the General Directorate of Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation of Policies of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation are in charge of monitoring the execution of the aforementioned plan, within the framework of their respective competences. The implementation of the provisions of the regulation is charged to the budgetary resources of the involved agencies, without generating additional commitments for the Public Treasury.
