Productive Management Plan for the Bovine Dairy Chain in Colombia

The Plan has a 20-year prospective vision and seeks to improve the competitiveness, formalization, environmental commitment, and territorial development of the dairy chain in Colombia. It is structured into four main axes: Productivity and Competitiveness, Formalization and Social Development, Environmental Commitment, and Institutionality. Each axis contains several strategic objectives designed to address specific challenges of the dairy chain, such as improving the health and safety of products, strengthening research and innovation, and improving environmental and regulatory management. The ultimate goal is that in 20 years the Colombian dairy chain will be a competitive, formalized, environmentally sustainable sector, with a diversified offer of dairy products that are preferred in both the national and international markets.
