Productive Planning Plan for the Bovine Dairy Value Chain in Colombia

Productive Planning Plan establishing the long-term public policy framework for the development, stability and specialization of Colombia's bovine dairy value chain. With a 20-year prospective vision, its policy guidelines and actions are organized around productivity and competitiveness, formalization and social development, environmental commitment and institutional strengthening. The Plan seeks to improve productivity, animal health and food safety, research and innovation, labor, business and product formalization, productive territorial planning, value-chain integration, investment, climate and environmental management, information management, regulatory management and coordination among stakeholders. It includes a portfolio of programs and projects and a monitoring and evaluation system to guide implementation.
