Description

The Law aims to strengthen the tourist and gastronomic offer in the areas producing artisanal cheese and other dairy products in the department, through the creation of the Cheese and Milk Route. This law seeks to promote the productive, tourist and cultural activity of the dairy chain as an economic alternative for milk producing communities in Tarija. To this end, the Departmental Executive Branch will be responsible for the promotion and dissemination of rural gastronomic tourism associated with this route, allowing local producers to display and market their products at various points of sale, fairs, restaurants and events.
