CONPES 3675: National Policy to Improve the Competitiveness of the Colombian Dairy Sector

National policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of the Colombian dairy sector through strategies and instruments to reduce production costs and increase productivity, deepen and diversify domestic and international markets, and take advantage of the sector comparative advantages and opportunities. The policy addresses the reduction of primary production costs, promotion of associative schemes and horizontal and vertical integration, development of productive clusters, expansion and supply of markets with quality dairy products at competitive prices, and strengthening of institutional management in the dairy sector.
