The program operates through four main components: restocking of livestock herds, equipment and livestock infrastructure works, feed supplements, and technical services. In the restocking component, heifers, young pigs, and breeding pigs are provided to increase the livestock inventory. Regarding equipment and infrastructure works, support is offered for the construction and improvement of facilities such as water storage, feeders, and fencing. Feed supplements include inputs for the rehabilitation of pastures and grasslands, as well as feed supplements to improve animal nutrition. Technical services include advice and training in production management, animal health, and fodder production, provided by professionals from the livestock sector.
