Law No. 12,873 on the National Program to Support Rainwater Harvesting and Other Social Technologies for Access to Water

Law No. 12,873 establishes a series of measures and amendments in several areas. It authorizes the National Supply Company (CONAB) to use the Differentiated Regime for Public Procurement (RDC) for the reform, modernization, expansion or construction of storage units. Amends laws related to social security, labor, land funds, agrarian reform, the Cisternas Program, among others. It institutes the Program for the Strengthening of Private Philanthropic Entities and Non-Profit Entities operating in the health area (PROSUS). It also provides for other matters such as contracts, debts, electric power, phytosanitary or zoosanitary emergencies, among others.
