Description

Resolution 157 of 2010 establishes an incentive for the supply of products in export aquaculture during 2010. This incentive is aimed at producers of shrimp, tilapia and trout, with the aim of improving their competitiveness and guaranteeing supply and marketing. of its products in international markets. The resolution considers that these activities are strategic for social stability, the income of producers and the generation of employment in the aquaculture sector. The incentive program is administered by the National Agricultural Exchange (BNA) and is governed by a Technical Regulation issued by the Ministry.
