Resolution 157 of 2010 – Incentive for the Supply of Products in Export Aquaculture

Resolution of Colombia's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development establishing, for 2010, the Incentive for the Supply of Products in Export Aquaculture, targeting producers of shrimp, tilapia and trout for export markets. The program seeks to partially mitigate adverse international market conditions affecting the economic sustainability of aquaculture production units by supporting product supply and marketing, competitiveness, access to international markets, producer income and employment. Incentives are granted according to the mechanism and conditions established in a Technical Regulation issued by the Ministry, while program resources are administered by the National Agricultural Exchange.
