CONPES 4129: National Reindustrialization Policy

The National Reindustrialization Policy establishes Colombia's roadmap for increasing value added in the production of goods and services by closing productivity gaps, diversifying and upgrading the productive structure, strengthening productive linkages, deepening territorial and international integration, and strengthening the institutional framework. The policy prioritizes strategic areas including a just energy transition, agroindustry and food sovereignty, reindustrialization of the health sector and defense for life, and territories and the business fabric. Its actions include technological development and innovation, business capacity building, financing, physical and digital infrastructure, skills development, bioeconomy, value addition and productive-chain integration.
