Description

The main objective of the decree is to promote the economic and productive activities of Community Economic Organizations (OECOM's). This decree seeks to promote OECOM's access to the market and state purchases, within a framework of community economy and sustainable family agriculture, ensuring its development and strengthening in accordance with the constitutional mandate. The decree establishes several chapters that range from the certification of SENASAG (National Agricultural Health and Food Safety Service), which will facilitate the sanitary and phytosanitary certification of the OECOM's products, to the promotion of the marketing of their products through the Seal. Bolivian Social. In addition, measures are established to give preference in private purchases, where marketing centers must include a minimum of 10% of OECOM's products, and this amount will be progressively adjusted each year. Technical assistance, access to internal and external markets, and the promotion of ecological production and the sustainable use of biodiversity are also contemplated.
