Action Plan for the Agricultural and Irrigation Sector for the Implementation of Public Procurement of Food from Family Farming – Ministerial Resolution No. 0377-2022-MIDAGRI

The Action Plan for the Agricultural and Irrigation Sector for the Implementation of Public Procurement of Food from Family Farming establishes the sectoral roadmap for the progressive implementation of Law No. 31071 and its Regulation. It includes actions to promote the participation of family farmers and their organizations in public food procurement processes, strengthen their productive and commercial capacities, facilitate their registration and linkage with public demand, develop operational documents and identification and certification mechanisms, and coordinate and monitor the actions of the institutions involved. Its implementation seeks to expand family farmers' access to public procurement markets, improve producers' incomes, and contribute to food supply for social programs.
