Description
The World Bank Group's (WBG) Country Cooperation Framework (CCF) for fiscal years 2019-2023 is the first CCF to be prepared for the country in the last 12 years. The ECF has been prepared at a pivotal time for Ecuador, which is characterized by significant economic and political changes. The consequences of the previous economic model of public sector-driven growth are notorious.
