Andean Standard NA 0078:2009 – Fermented Milks. Requirements

Andean Standard NA 0078:2009 establishes the requirements applicable to fermented milk products intended for human consumption in the Andean Community member countries. It covers products such as yogurt, kefir, kumis, cultured or acidified milk, fermented-milk-based beverages and heat-treated fermented milk. The standard was officially adopted by the General Secretariat of the Andean Community on November 17, 2009 under the Andean Standardization Network.
