Description

Andean Standard NA 0055:2008 establishes the requirements applicable to milk cream, whipping cream, whipped cream and powdered cream intended for direct consumption and subjected to pasteurization, sterilization or ultra-high-temperature treatment. The standard was approved by the national standardization bodies of the Andean Community member countries and officially adopted at the Andean level to provide a common technical standard for these dairy products.
