ICA Resolution No. 375 of 2004: Registration and Control of Agricultural Bioinputs and Plant Extracts in Colombia

ICA Resolution No. 375 of 2004 established Colombia's regulatory framework for the registration and control of agricultural bioinputs and plant extracts. It regulated their production, import, export, commercialization, use and handling and established requirements for producers, importers, efficacy-testing departments, laboratories and products, including quality control, efficacy testing, labeling, sales registration, use registration, inspection and post-registration evaluation. It was subsequently replaced by ICA Resolution No. 698 of 2011.
