ICA Resolution No. 3002 of 2005 on the Modification and Updating of Agricultural Input Labels

ICA Resolution No. 3002 of 2005 establishes requirements for modifying and updating the labeling of agricultural inputs marketed in Colombia, including agricultural chemical pesticides, plant growth regulators, adjuvants, fertilizers and soil conditioners, agricultural bioinputs and plant extracts. It regulates transition periods following ICA approval of label changes, requires labels to display their ICA approval date and establishes control measures for products marketed with previous labels. It was partially amended by ICA Resolution No. 1316 of 2007.
