ICA Resolution No. 150 of 2003: Technical Regulation for Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners in Colombia

ICA Resolution No. 150 of 2003 adopts the Technical Regulation for Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners in Colombia and establishes requirements for the production, import, export, marketing and registration of companies and fertilizer and soil conditioner products. It regulates registration procedures, technical product requirements, labeling, efficacy trials where applicable, and inspection and control activities carried out by the Colombian Agricultural Institute. The Resolution was partially amended by ICA Resolution No. 968 of 2010 and remains part of the regulatory framework currently applied by ICA.
