Description

Ministerial Agreement No. 009-2022 establishes the Operations Plan of Ecuador's Agrobiodiversity, Seeds and Sustainable Agriculture Research Fund (FIASA) and defines the strategic areas for research and technology transfer financed by the Fund. These include the conservation and use of plant genetic resources for agriculture and food, research, innovation and technology transfer, and sustainable and efficient agriculture. The instrument guides the operational use of FIASA resources to finance agricultural research and technological development activities and projects.
