Peru: Program for the Reactivation of Coffee Farming (Resolution No. 199-2020)

The general objective of the Program for the Reactivation of Coffee Farming is to improve the levels of competitiveness and social and environmental sustainability of the coffee value chain. The strategic objectives are: i) To increase the average productivity of coffee at the national level; ii) Improve the quality of Peruvian coffee destined for the export market. o Facilitate access to financial services for the productive activity of coffee; iii) To improve the positioning and marketing of Peruvian coffee; iv) Improve the processes of articulation of MINAGRI, Regional Government and Local Government in public investment in the coffee chain; (v) To strengthen the governance and institutional framework of the coffee industry;
