Coffee Sector Reactivation Program – Ministerial Resolution No. 0199-2020-MINAGRI

The Coffee Sector Reactivation Program, approved through Ministerial Resolution No. 0199-2020-MINAGRI, is an implementation instrument of Peru's National Coffee Action Plan 2019–2030. The Program prioritizes short- and medium-term actions across four components: production technology; plant health and food safety; financing; and market access. It includes technology generation and transfer, new coffee varieties and planting material, extension and technical assistance, integrated pest management, organic production and early-warning systems, financing through credit and non-reimbursable mechanisms, as well as commercial promotion, access to domestic and international markets, and strengthened commercial capacities of producer organizations.
