Peru: National Action Plan for Peruvian Coffee 2019-2030 (D.S. No. 010-2019-MINAGRI)

The General Objective of the Peruvian National Coffee Action Plan (PNA-Café) is to improve the levels of competitiveness and social and environmental sustainability of the coffee value chain. Its specific objectives are: i) To increase the average productivity of coffee at the national level; (ii) To improve the quality of Peruvian coffee destined for the export market; (iii) To facilitate access to financial services for the productive activity of coffee; iv) To improve the positioning and marketing of Peruvian coffee; (v) To improve the processes of articulation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Government and Local Government in public investment in the coffee chain; vi) Strengthen the governance and institutionality of coffee activity.
