National Action Plan for Peruvian Coffee 2019–2030

The National Action Plan for Peruvian Coffee 2019–2030 (PNA-Coffee), approved through Supreme Decree No. 010-2019-MINAGRI, establishes the national framework for improving the competitiveness and social and environmental sustainability of Peru's coffee value chain. The Plan seeks to increase productivity, improve coffee quality, facilitate access to financial services, strengthen the positioning and marketing of Peruvian coffee, improve coordination among national, regional and local governments for public investment, and strengthen governance and institutions in the coffee sector. It includes actions related to innovation and technology, finance, capacity building, markets, environmental management, climate change, territorial development and institutional strengthening, with particular attention to coffee-producing families.
