Description
The Comprehensive Crop Fertilization Strategy for the 2022–2023 Agricultural Season was promoted by Peru's Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation to meet producers' fertilization needs through a combination of synthetic fertilizers and organic alternatives. The strategy included FertiAbono, nitrogen fertilizers, island guano, poultry manure, liquid biofertilizers, livestock manure and microbial inoculants, aiming to secure the agricultural season, reduce dependence on costly chemical fertilizers and improve soil conditions and crop productivity.
